Our brand new suite is centrally located next to transit options and is just a short walk to Lonsdale Quay! The building is one of the first Eco passive houses in North America. So your accommodation is doing its bit to help the environment! Just a short drive to Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain; or a quick ferry to Downtown Vancouver; it is the perfect resting place for solo travellers, couples or business guests after a busy day exploring all things Vancouver!
The building is brand-new with the highest quality finish. With summer just around the corner, this place is perfectly set up for any travelers looking for to explore the North Shore, with a brand new storage space perfect for any gear you might bring with you.

We are walking distance to Lions Gate Hospital and the shops and restaurants of Lonsdale Ave. We are also a short drive from North Van's spectacular mountains, including Grouse Mountain and Mount Fromme.
Explore the nearby vibrant waterfront destination of the Shipyards which boasts plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, hotels, concerts, and markets. Not to mention the region’s largest outdoor skating rink in the winter and a splash park in the summer.
Our home is the perfect base to explore all that the North-Shore has to offer, from snowy slopes to beautiful hikes on Vancouver's famous mountains. We are even minute away from the award-winning The Shipyards development, come check out the amazing experience and support our local economy.
This suite is minutes to Lynn Valley trails, Lonsdale Quay shops and Park & Tilford centre. Transit available right next door; bike or walk/jog to Lonsdale Quay, take 228 for 8 min bus to Seabus, or take the new rapid transit bus to Park Royal.
We have 3 well marked visitor parking spots in the back-alley of the complex. Guests are welcome to use if a spot is open and there is no need to request a pass. if open they can park there anytime during their stay.
There are "no parking "signs directly in front of our unit on 3rd st. (do not park in front of units 9-15) HOWEVER you are open to park in front of Units 1-8 or further east / west alsong 3rd street.
There are also options along moody ave, 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th. Please be mindful as some areas allow overnight parking, but limits parking time during the day. other areas are completely open.
Street Parking is FREE.
This is a legal lock-off ground level suite covering the first 2 floors of a newly constructed town home with separate entrance and private patio.
**Important:**
Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.
Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
Quiet times are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud noise or music please.
