There's room for everyone to come settle in at this lovely home, where ambient natural light comes easily. Kick back and enjoy the fabulous view from the living room's extended couch, or head out directly to the deck and take it in for yourself. Amenities like a private washer/dryer and central air conditioning make for easy relaxation. Cook up your favorites in the open kitchen, then enjoy a meal together in the dining area or at the prep table that seats four guests. The open loft space (separated from everything by a spiral staircase) is perfect for younger guests who want their own space to rest or enjoy themselves. But there are no stairs to the main bedrooms in this home, so everyone is welcome to come along and relax.

Due to severe drought conditions as of November 1, 2024, all public boat ramps to Canyon Lake are closed. No refunds or discounts will be given for water levels. For the most current information on the lake water levels and boat access please visit the Canyon Lake Website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
