Palmwood Villas is a family-oriented condominium complex located in the desirable Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach. It is a small and quiet complex with only 36 units in twin, three story buildings. In the middle of the 2 buildings is an oceanfront courtyard with pool. The fenced in courtyard is very spacious with plenty of room for sun bathing, relaxing, or just sitting by the pool. No need to run down early to save chairs, since there are more than enough lounge chairs for everyone. Beside the sundeck, there is a covered picnic area to enjoy your lunch in the shade or just gather with friends. There is a poolside outdoor shower and a private path which leads directly to the beach from the courtyard. Palmwood also has a grilling area for family cookouts. If you should have a problem or have a question, our resident manager is happy to help you.

This unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath spacious condo right on the beach with a screened in porch with a breathtaking ocean view! Brand new queen mattress in the master bedroom and two new twin mattresses in the second bedroom. Brand new stackable washer and dryer in the unit. Storage area on the ground floor to keep your beach chairs and toys in for your convenience. The kitchen has all the comforts and conveniences of home: full size range with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, plus all the utensils necessary for cooking and dining. There is a flat screen TV with cable in each bedroom along with the one in the Living Room with Roku.
There will be linens and towels and a starter set of toiletries (1 roll of toilet paper, a bar of hand soap and a trash bag per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen rags, dishwasher packet and 1 kitchen trash bag).

Close to all amenities that North Myrtle Beach offers as well as Myrtle Beach being a short drive away.

Lovely condo and perfect location

Everything about our stay was perfect. Annette was wonderful to work with upfront on any questions I had. The condo was clean and spacious and just perfect for the four of us. The pool was an extra nice perk and the short walk to the beach was awesome! I would definitely stay here again!

Ocean Boulevard Heaven

That screened porch! Oh. Wow... Sure, you can (and probably would) be on the beach most of the time but...the serenity of early mornings with coffee on the porch. The nice thing about that section of Ocean Boulevard and many of it's various communities, is how relatively quiet it is. We drive past the Outer Banks region to come here. Highly recommended! (A disclaimer: in the ratings categories, one must rate communication with the property management. We had no communication with them, hence the rating of three. One should read that as "not applicable". Communication with the owner of the property was and is 5 stars.)

Myrtle Beach condo stay

I was disappointed due to a terrible smell upon arrival. I alerted the owner immediately . She was verbally helpful stating maybe the on-site manager could come by. I did not have much confidence here as it was Thanksgiving. We thought it was cigarette smoke smells. I did not see any prohibition of smoking in the ad for the condo that could have alerted me to choose elsewhere. I hope that the owner will give disclosure in her VERBO ad in the future for those who might be highly sensitive to this. Positives: cute decor, nice view of the beach from the porch and decent size bedrooms.

The location is priceless just step away from the beach with a good view. The owner responds quickly and it's very proactive. The unit is very spacious and clean. However, the unit has a humidity problem so if you suffer from allergies and/or asthma this might not be a good option for you. Be sure to bring your own toiletries and beach chairs because this is not offered. Also, bring laundry detergent and condiments if you are planning to cook and do some laundry.

Condo as advertised

Condo was roomy for us and clean. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Always found parking. Nice to have beach and pool . The beach is just a minute walk which was great and 2 outside showers nice. Enjoyed screened porch which provided view of beach. The icemaker was broken which I notified property manager that day. Never heard from him. There were two empty ice trays I kept filling and emptying then left full for the next person. There's not a drop of any soap. A small hotel type bar would have been nice to wash hands after unloading car. Luckily I brought dish detergent and bath soap. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. If you think you might need something take it. Plenty of dishes pots pans etc. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Location, Clean, Responsive Owner

The condo was all in all in decent shape. Unfortunately none of the TVs were smart TVs (which is odd in this day) and we did have a broken DVD (not Blu-Ray) player but that was resolved in a timely manner. Biggest complaint would just be the general noisiness in the front bedroom. Definitely not conducive to sleeping in on vacation (and I’m not a light sleeper). Could use some updating but over all a good value for the price.

Even before our stay, Annette was messaging and asking how she could make it better. Well Annette, you have a beautiful place. It’s in a nice quiet area. The condo was clean and very well cared for.
