CHECK IN WINDOW: Please note that we keep our keys downstairs at the convenience store of the building. Their operating hours differ for each day so please note the operating hours for your check in day and plan accordingly:

Monday-Thursday: 9:00 am - 8:30 pm
Friday: 9:00 am - 10:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
