A stylish, cosy & private. Tastefully decorated to provide comfort & luxury and enjoy the entire place.
Great amenities like high speed wifi, smart TV, air-condition, washing machine and iron, stylish bathroom with walk in shower, equipped kitchenette to prepare your meals, work desk, self check in anytime after 1pm & space to store your bike or luggage.
The area is great, close to Auckland Botanical Gardens, parks, shops, restaurants, cafes, Motorway access, train, buses, shopping malls, theme park & airport.
The space
The flat is part of a large family home but it has own entrance and privacy.
Nice bathroom with walk in shower. Cosy and practical kitchenette with all necessary cooking tools.
Self check - in facility ( read the check in instructions after confirming your booking) will give you a flexible check in at any time after 1 PM.
Comfortable stay offers the following:
- Work desk with chair
-Washing machine
- Kitchenette (you can cook your meals).
- Microwave, Electric multi purpose fry / grill pan, kettle, toaster, air fryer, small electric pan (great for frying eggs) and everyday kitchen requirements.
- Fridge / freezer
- Very comfortable queen size bed with 4 pillows and quality Microfiber cotton sheets.
-2 bedside table with table lambs.
-Smart 43 " TV
- Air conditioner
- Closet with clothes hangers
- 2 sitting chairs and coffee table.
- Iron and board.
- Hair dryer.
- Coffee Plunger with good quality coffee.
- Milk, sugar, tea, salt and black pepper
- Hand wash, dishwashing, multi purpose cleaners and washing machine powder.
- Kitchen towels, tissues and toilet paper.

The flat is the 2nd door on the left after entering the small gate.
Located on the ground level, no steps.

- Also it's convenient to the host to check and make sure that the flat is in an immaculate condition before each stay.
- Tap water is safe to drink.
- Free parking on the street anywhere but not by the small tree by the mailbox.

I love travelling and hospitality, I am lucky to have the opportunity explore most of the world with my husband as part of his job. We went places I didn't even imagine seeing in my dreams.
We settled in beautiful New Zealand with our 2 children, we feel lucky and grateful to live here, the most beautiful landscapes, sunset, rainbows and weather.
My other interests are art making, listening to books while gardening, cooking, interior and fashion design.
There are so many thing to do and see in the world so I decided to quit my job 7 years ago and enjoy all the little things in the world.
