Welcome to our two bedroom, stylish home located close to central Cheltenham and Gloucester City with 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen - diner, comfy lounge, off road parking for 2 cars and an enclosed rear garden.

Welcome to our cosy and stylish 2-bedroom home, nestled in the popular neighbourhood of Leckhampton, close to Cheltenham and Gloucester. Our home offers a serene retreat with all the modern amenities you need for a relaxing stay. We are privileged to be looking after this home while the owners are away, and whether you are here on business or leisure, we think this home will make an ideal base for your short stay.

The property is laid out as follows: Downstairs has an entrance hallway and WC that leads to a comfy lounge with a corner sofa and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing. This then leads through to a lovely kitchen diner, which is fully equipped with modern appliances and a dining table for four, and provides access to a rear fully enclosed garden, ideal for outdoor relaxation.

Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a King-sized bed and its own en suite shower. Bedroom 2 contains a sofa bed and an extra TV. Upstairs also has a modern family bathroom equipped with a shower over the bath for your convenience.

Outside, the driveway offers parking for 2 cars, and the private, fully enclosed garden has side access too.

Our home comes with a range of amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, a dishwasher, a washing machine, central heating, complimentary tea and coffee, and fresh linens and towels.

Located in the heart of Leckhampton, our home is in a modern residential neighbourhood and just a short drive away from the Regency town centre of Cheltenham, famous for its stunning architecture, cultural festivals, dining, and shopping. Historic Gloucester city is also close by. We are also pet friendly hosts but do charge £10 per pet per night in addition to the advertised price for your furry friends.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the private garden where you can relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

Leckhampton is a desirable and popular neighbourhood in Cheltenham, known for its beautiful parks, local shops, and offers a perfect blend of countryside tranquility and urban convenience. Situated at the bottom of the Cotswolds Hills and a short drive to Leckhampton Hill which is home to the famous Devils Chimney.

Cheltenham is known for its Regency architecture, and highlights include the Montpellier District in the southern part of the town centre boasting graceful Regency townhouses, the famous Imperial Gardens, home to many of Cheltenham's Festival's, unique shops and wine bars. The Promenade is a popular shopping street featuring rows of Regency houses, cafes, and independent retailers. Stroll along the tree-lined avenue, shaded by horse chestnut and lime trees, and admire the Neptune Fountain inspired by Rome's Trevi Fountain.

If you're looking for something greener, The Promenade has Imperial Gardens too and there's Pittville Park on Cheltenham's North side of town: created in the early 19th century, Pittville Park offers scenic landscapes, lakes, and the grand Pittville Pump Room.

🛌 Bedding and Towels: Crisp, white hotel quality bed linen is provided along with 2 pillows per guest. Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. A shower mat is provided in the shower room.
🚿 Toiletries: 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo, hand soap, and hand & body lotion are provided, as well as toilet paper too.
🧹 Housekeeping Services: For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer complimentary housekeeping services.
If you need additional items or housekeeping for shorter stays, please contact us for availability and pricing.
🐕 We are pet friendly hosts but do charge £10 per pet per night in addition to the advertised price which will be charged prior to arrival.
👶 We can provide a travel cot and high chair on request but this must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Guests will need to bring their own linen for travel cots.
