Searenity Views is a lovely self-catering holiday apartment situated on
the main Beach Road in the heart of Strand.
This is a great option for a family getaway or a couple as this
building is within walking distance from the Strand Promenade and
beach. Long stays are welcome. Whether you’re looking for a short
holiday or a longer retreat, our apartment offers everything you need
for a comfortable and relaxing stay
This apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 children as
it comprises a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. as well as a sleeper
couch in the lounge.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the en-suite bathroom is
fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas
stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery
as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
A washing machine is also available.
Leading from this kitchen is a lounge with a double sleeper couch,
suitable for children under the age of 12, offering the most amazing
sunset views over False Bay. On the sea-facing side, visible from the
balcony, guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool and braai
facilities
Through the sliding doors is a balcony with seating which is a great
spot for guests to unwind with a sundowner while admiring the views.
Access to free Wi-Fi is available and the smart TV allows you to watch
your favourite Netflix and DSTV content from your own account.
The apartment has a garage attached for parking your car securely.
The location of this property is a short distance from the Strand
Pavilion, shops and restaurants as well as well-known golf courses,
malls and the wine farms of the Stellenbosch Wine Route.
