The living room is furnished with a sitting area and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.
The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Blackrock, Dublin, is a picturesque coastal town known for its charming atmosphere and stunning views of the Irish Sea. One of the main attractions in Blackrock is Blackrock Park, a beautifully landscaped green space. Additionally, the Blackrock Market is merely a 9-minute drive, and you can find over 30 eclectic stalls carrying goods such as art, jewellery & home decor. Furthermore, Vance's Harbour can be reached with just an 8-minute drive.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Stillorgan Road (Sycamore Crescent), is just a 3-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 32-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
