Brand New Soho stables is a totally unique compact house, (comfortably sleeps up to 3 adults or 2 adults and a child), in the heart of Soho. It is set over 2 floors and is furnished with all you will need for your stay. The West End, Covent Garden, Oxford Street and Piccadilly Circus are all a short walk away.
Wooden stairs will lead you to the first floor with its lovely light interior. Here you will find a bespoke small double bed with a mattress ( 4'6" wide and 6'3" long) dressed with clean, crisp, professionally laundered cotton bed linen.
There is a Mezzanine above the bed accessed by a vertical ladder which is designed as a chill out space with magazines, books and lots of cushions. This can be made into an additional bed for 1 more guest ( there is an additional fee for this and you need to contact the host prior to booking to discuss).
On the ground floor you will find a fully fitted kitchen with all you need to cook and prepare meals, a fridge, a washer dryer, a toaster, coffee machine and selection of welcome snacks.
Also for your use there is:
A safe
An iron and ironing board.
A hair dryer.
A washer dryer and detergent
Clothes dryer for your washing.
PLEASE NOTE- This house may not be suitable for people with limited mobility due to the one flight of narrow stairs and vertical ladder to the mezzanine chill out area.
It is a small house with small spaces so not suitable if you want acres of space to move about in
However, if you want something very central, quiet, unique, and fun then this is perfect!
I also would not recommend central Soho to families with small children due to its colourful nature and adult themes in the evening.

We offer flexible check-in and check-out times, however, where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply check-in times after 14:00 and check-out times before 11:00.
Late check-in needs to be pre-arranged and confirmed with us at least 3 days before arrival and they are subject to the following charges for arrival between these times:
From 19:00 to 22:00 - £40
From 22:00 to 00:00 - £65
From 00:00 to 7:00 - £100
*These prices may differ during public holidays (e.g. Christmas Day the charge will be £100 and checkin has to be before 18:00 latest)
These fees need to be paid in advance and cannot be paid at the property.
If your arrival time is delayed beyond 1 hour then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the delay however we may need to re-arrange the check-in time or for you to collect the keys from us if we have other pre-arranged commitments.
If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.
The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling provided for each guest. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen please request this or if you have opened a fresh pack even if you use only a few items there will be a charge of £30 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.
Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. We trust you will respect the property and neighbours during your stay.
You are required to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy - no dirty dishes leftover or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.
There is a strictly no smoking policy inside or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces or patios) belonging to the accommodation, if this policy is not adhered to, a charge of GBP 150.00 will be applied.
No pets are allowed unless shown on the listing as permitted or expressly agreed with the owner.
Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement depending on the type of key and time required or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.
We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.
