The Space:
The Retreats at Lantana are less than half a block from beach access, offering
a super fun stay for your family! This listing is for Unit 4, located upstairs
on the right as you face the property.
Want to go to the beach? It's less than a 5-minute walk, just half a block
away. The property provides you with two dedicated off-street parking spaces.
The property is pet-friendly, allowing one dog with a small one-time fee.
The Retreats feature a front patio overlooking the street and a back patio
overlooking the pool. This listing is for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo.
The condo features all-tile floors, lots of bedding, and a fully equipped
kitchen for family meal prep with dark granite counters and a dishwasher.
There is a private pool at the back shared by the four condos. Please message
us for pool hours.
We provide two community-use gas grillsa€"please bring an LP propane tank if
you wish to use them.
The pool area has a pergola/patio and sun loungers to watch the kids in the
pool. Please note that the pool is not heated.
Unit 4 is on the second floor and requires ascending one flight of stairs. It
includes a back patio overlooking the pool from the second level, perfect for
keeping an eye on the pool area.
As you walk into the condo, you will find the kitchen with counter stools and
stainless appliances, a dining table, flat-screen TV, and a couch that pulls
out into a sleeper sofa. Please bring bedding if you plan on using.
Two full baths (one en suite/connected to the master bedroom). The condo
features a king bed in the master bedroom, two singles in the second bedroom,
and a queen bed in the third bedroom, along with the pull-out couch. We
provide an airbed and pump for additional sleeping space, but please bring
bedding.
This well-maintained four-unit building (we manage all condos here) includes
two 3-bedroom units upstairs and two 2-bedroom condos downstairs. Book
multiple units if you need more space. Unit 4 has a maximum occupancy of 10
guests. While this condo is great for families and a hard to find 3 bedroom,
please understand this is not a brand new remodel it is somewhat dated albeit
still has granite counters & stainless appliances.
We offer off-season discounts for stays of 3 or more nights from Sept 2 to Dec
20, and active-duty military discounts as well as tackle football coach
specials. Please message us for details.
There are two coin-operated washers and dryers on the premises shared among
the four units that operate on quarters. The property is professionally
managed by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd on the Island 78597
open 7 days a week 9 am to 5 pm if you should need us. Door code is provided
to the cell phone on file by 3 pm day of check in.
We provide a starter pack of basic soaps, dishwasher pods, and trash bags,
though these are not unlimited or replenished so please plan accordingly.
Sheets, pillowcases, hand towels, bath towels, and washcloths are all provided
in the rate.
Up to 10 people max are allowed at any time, including infants though we do
not recommend more than 8. Please note that while we want you to have a great
time, this is a family-oriented property, so parties are not allowed, and
property quiet time is from 9 pm to 9 am. Please read and agree to all house
rules before booking.
The listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older to book
and must be present at check-in. You must contact us before booking if you are
under 25; exceptions may be possible with additional requirements.
We require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking
to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License. You may e-sign via
DocuSign before arrival to receive your door code. Therefore, please provide
your email address and attach a photo of your ID or upload it to Airbnb
messaging to verify your age.
