Welcome to your 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the heart of Reid. This modern and inviting space offers the ideal setting for a comfortable stay in a prime location.

BEDROOM:
The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offer a cosy double-sized bed with freshly cleaned and pressed linens. Both rooms provide ample wardrobe and luggage space for your belongings.
BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. A hairdryer is provided for your use.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:

- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee, and tea. If you want to have a culinary experience, feel free to bring food from fresh produce and local suppliers in Canberra, the kitchen is open so you can enjoy the whole apartment while making a meal.
LIVING ROOM:
In the living room, you'll find a 55" smart TV for your enjoyment. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions. Guests must use their own login for smart apps available on TV.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
If you happen to have a car with you, our garage has enough space for two vehicles. On the other hand, if you're looking for free parking, Boolee Street offers 1 hour of free street parking and Kograh Lane offers 2 hours of free street parking. If you don't mind paying a bit for parking, you can also check out Bunda Street or Canberra Center for some pay street parking options.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's pool (Metropol 3, 5th Floor), BBQ Area (Metropol 2, 5th Floor), Common Garden / Courtyard / Rooftop (Metropol 2 and 3, 5th floor), and nearby park throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.
There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

This apartment is located at the top of Glebe Park, which means you can easily step outside and find yourself right in the heart of Canberra. There are so many amazing shops and restaurants just a short walk away, not to mention Glebe Park itself, which is perfect for a leisurely stroll or a picnic under the trees.
But that's not all - this place has everything you could possibly need, from fantastic food and fashion to fun bars and nightlife. And if you're interested in culture, there are plenty of great museums, theatres, and art galleries within easy reach. Plus, if you're here for work, you'll love how close it is to many government offices.
Getting around the area is a breeze thanks to the convenient location of this apartment. There are several options available such as buses, taxis, and Uber, which makes it easy to get around and explore the area. It's great to have so many options to choose from, whether it's for running errands, going to work, or just enjoying a day out. Plus, the proximity to major bus routes is a huge plus.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check-in/out times. We'd need to collect $20 for the first 30 minutes and an additional $40 for the next 30-minute increments when there is a breach in the observance of standard check-in and out times.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning and linens in the property. As this is not a hotel, please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be requested (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy on our Airbnb listing.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of people that can book the property. Any non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty if this house rule is breached.
7. There are some items in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) that you are welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics (i.e. muesli). We don't stock in the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. I list my property as not suitable for kids or infants as it is not child-proofed and we don't have baby amenities (i.e. high chair, cot). However, if the kids will be under adult supervision at all times, booking with children is no problem.
9. The property will be holding a security deposit for all stays. If no damages are identified, the full amount will be released within 3 days of check-out. In case of damages, necessary fees will be deducted, and affected parties will be promptly notified.
