When you walk in, there are 3 bedroom with 1 bath, 1 nice living room, 1 full kitchen and a laundry. The 4th room is the master bedroom with full bath and 1 well-equipped kitchen table, enjoy a nice fireplace across from your comfy queen size bed. Your own Laundry and separate entrance from the backyard.

Two TVs have been put in the guest living room, and the master suite with Netflix & Crave.

The house is quiet and in a cul-de-sac. It's got a lovely spacious backyard to relax and enjoy. Very safe to do your evening walks.
