This ultimate beach home offers plenty of outdoor space with balconies, decks and verandahs. Never miss a moment of the fresh island air and scents of the sea! Enjoy a panoramic view of Anna Maria from the roof top deck, the perfect spot for reveling in the sunsets which make Anna Maria famous. The third-floor deck overlooks the pool and backyard and features a fire pit with patio lounge chairs to relax in. The Summer Kitchen with gas BBQ grill and patio dining set are under cover on the 2nd floor deck. So many outdoor locations to choose from!

Each of the four bedrooms features a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom and TV. Crisp linens and plush towels are provided by our profesional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The refreshing, heated pool and spa are surrounded by pool loungers and a covered poolside entertainment room with ceiling fans, a TV and bar set up. Salty Margarita is easy walking distance to a free island trolley stop, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
