Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage is adjacent to the street/beach access - you are a minute walk to the clear shallow waters, beautiful sandy beaches and unforgettabe sunsets of Woodland Beach!l Many amenities and lots of "things to do" are close by.

Renters beware

Renters beware these hosts will attempt to charge you extra after you leave by wrongfully accusing you of things. We were accused of having extra adults stay at the property which we didn't do. An odd accusation considering they have cameras all around the property and should be able to see who comes and goes. The listing also had a few inaccuracies such as check in/check out times and amenities which was an inconvenience. We were also accused of using an "excessive amount of towels" when we merely used the towels provided. They only supplied 5 rolls of toilet paper for a week long rental of 6 guests, and 5 dishwasher pods. When we asked for more they said we need to buy our own. We insisted it was listed as included in the property and the amount left for our stay was insufficient. They ended up dropping some off but it seems like they are angry at us for asking and are now trying to recoup costs for pety items.

Beautiful stay at Honeycomb cottage

What a lovely cottage, so perfectly designed with all the necessities like games, kitchen accessories and a fire pit. Very close walk to the beach that was very family friendly. Patricia even washed our towels midway through our stay. And Tony brought us some locks for our bikes and we had access to their surfboard and kayak. Our kids had a great time! Thanks Patricia and Tony for being wonderful hosts.

Our family has been in Tiny Township as cottage owners for over 20 years. Prior to this, we rented in Tiny Township. This is not a party place but a place for quality family time or to chill with friends.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Quiet beach community. 1 minute walk to sandy beach. Woodland Beach Market (amazing french fires and ice cream selection!) and Tiny Family Foodmart and LCBO 10 minute walk. Playtime Casino Wasaga, 25 minute drive. Wasaga Beach (golf, museum, entertainment, shopping), 10 minute drive. Sainte-Marie among the Hurons, 25 minute drive. Midland (entertainment and shopping), 25 minute drive. Snow Valley Ski Resort, 25 minute drive.

The Township of Tiny allows for great fishing areas as well as golfing at the Brooklea Golf and Country Club and the Balm Beach Golf Courses. You could also visit our 3 inland lakes namely Farlain Lake, Lalligan Lake and Second Lake as well as the Tiny Marsh. Hike on the 27 km of trails known as the Tiny Trails. Awenda Park, which is located northeast of the Township, is one of the largest Provincial Parks in Ontario. You can ski, camp, hike and bike on the numerous trails within the park.

Tiny Township has a Short Term Rental (STR) Bylaw that places an unprecedented level of over-reach on STR owners, including limiting the annual available rental time a STR owner may have to rent their property. STR owners continue to challenge the Township as this beautiful public area should be accessible and enjoyed by all. Please respect their bylaws

Outdoor shower with hot water also available. Electronic entry pad to enter/exit. Fire pit includes fire wood and fire permit - ensure fire is out before leaving unattended (you could be fined if enforcement is called, not to mention fire hazard). Water is well water and safe - recommend bottled water for drinking and making ice, water is fine for all other uses, including cooking. A Water Cooler is available with (1) one water 5 gallon (19 litre) dispenser bottle. Feel free to purchase additional water bottles, such as at Costco or Walmart.
