The living room is ideal for both relaxation and entertaining, complete with a plush sectional sofa, two recliners, and a 70” smart TV. Adjacent to the living area, the dining space comfortably seats six, while the fully stocked kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home. Enjoy the convenience of brand-new appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator, glass cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and full oven. Small appliances such as a Keurig, conventional coffee maker, blender, and hand mixer are also available, along with a full set of cookware, utensils, dishcloths, and other essentials.

The home also includes fast Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and all necessary linens, towels, and cleaning supplies to make your stay effortless.

Please note that at least one guest must be 55 years of age or older in order to book this property. A government-issued ID and signed rental agreement are required before check-in. While the owner requires a minimum 30-night stay, shorter visits may be approved upon request.
