Summary:

Enjoy 3 generous-sized bedrooms, including a master suite with TV complete with Roku! 2 full bathrooms, open concept full kitchen, washer, and dryer with an enchanting(!) back deck.With easy access to the HWY, downtown Birmingham is less than 10 min away, allowing guests to explore the nightlife, museums, and restaurants. Less than a mile from our home, guests should make sure to visit Vulcan Park and Museum. We hope to host you!

The Space:
Welcome to Birmingham! Guests will enter our home through the front door after navigating a small flight of stairs to our covered front porch. A small table and chairs allow guests to drink their morning coffee or have a quiet moment sitting outside. Inside, guests will enter the living room. With lots of seating options and a large flat-screen TV with Roku, it is the perfect place to chill out and watch your favorite shows any time of the day!
Our sizeable full kitchen offers open concept dining. With a large dining table with room for six, guests will have access to everything they need to settle in and feel "at home."
The master suite will have a king-size bed and an additional TV complete with Roku. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed, and bedroom #3 has a queen. With two full bathrooms and onsite laundry, the inside of our home offers everything you need to make yourself comfortable.
For those who like spending time outside, our large upper-level deck is one of our favorite aspects of our home! Guests will have to navigate a large set of stairs but once up top, you will feel amongst the trees! There even is a tree that the deck is built around! It's the perfect place to enjoy the southern weather (ceiling fans for when it's hot) and make memories with family and friends.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Whether you're a shopaholic looking for trendy boutiques or a food enthusiast eager to explore local culinary delights, you'll find everything you need just moments away. Discover the vibrant energy of Birmingham as you immerse yourself in the city's rich culture, visit renowned landmarks, and indulge in diverse culinary experiences. With this centrally located home, you'll have the perfect base to explore all that Birmingham has to offer.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
