The house is a small hidden gem and great for couples, small groups and small families.

The space features several unique amenities to suit your needs:

- fly screens on all french doors and windows
- ample parking (enough for a boat!)
- Linen (sheets, pillowcases, doona cover, extra blankets and pillows, 1 towel per person, beach towels not included)
- Port-a-cot, high chair, fold out single bed and baby bath are available on request.

We have a very strict no party policy at the house as we respect our neighbours.
No loud music by day or night and guests need to move inside by 11pm to abide by the Mornington Peninsula local bylaws for short term holiday rentals.

We don't allow schoolies or events under any circumstances.
