It is a nice clean house in an older quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and it is in a quiet neighborhood.

Great Stay!

This property was stocked with everything we needed. It was located close to everything we wanted to do and see. It was very clean. Loved pool table, air hockey, and Foosball to entertain us there. Host communication was great. Would stay there again.

Perfect Spot for Family and College Friends

Our children attend a local college. We visited them over our spring break. This property was perfectly suited for our college kids and a few of their friends. The multiple game rooms and fenced in backyard provided a nice hangout for these kids to chill and relax. The extra large room connected to the dining room was a great space as some kids needed to do homework. Overall, this was a hidden treasure in a quiet neighborhood. Only two minor issues- 1) the water heater can really only support two showers before it goes cold. Plan your morning routine accordingly. 2) the neighbor that shares the other half of the duplex got angry and loud multiple times during our stay. He would stand on his balcony in the middle of the night and curse and scream. That happened twice during our stay. Nothing serious…just a little off-putting. Overall, we plan to stay here again next year!

Nice and Roomy

We enjoyed this home. It's close to many things in the area. There was everything we needed to make to livable. If 8 people ended up staying with us the water heater would have never made it. After 3 showers on Sunday morning it was cold. Our family enjoyed the game room very much. It would be nice to have more than one pool cue, but sharing worked. The owner is very attentive and eager to please. The managing company Evolve, has many fees we were not expecting. So outside of our billing issues, the home is a great place to stay!

The PERFECT home away from Home!

Everything about this experience with this property completely exceeded my expectations! Communication with the owner was fast and easy, which is one of my main concerns when it comes to renting out of town! From asking how to turn on a light to the outside porch, to getting help with the lock controlled air conditioner, he was super helpful and answered instantly! Don't be concerned when you see the outside of the house, as the inside is a Hidden Gem! The outside looks like a standard small apartment, but when you go inside it's like I walked into a Giant Magical Kingdom. Not even kidding! There was everything you could have wanted or needed! I forgot my blow dryer and there was one. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, everything for the kitchen and laundry room and rooms. Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances and even spices! Had so much fun with the pool table, darts, air hockey, foosball and corn hole that I cancelled all plans to go out besides eating! Dead smack in the middle of everything! Walmart, dollar store, gas stations and tons of places to eat all within three minutes of the house! It is in a neighborhood with other houses that are close together but it is so quiet! You cannot hear any neighbors or any noise when you're inside! I'm writing a really extensive review because I've honestly never had this kind of experience and I'm 35 years old! 100%, 10 outta 10, 5 stars, would definitely recommend! The only thing I can say that I was surprised about, but it didn't matter because we spent so much time in the rest of the house, is that out of the three bedrooms there is only a TV in the master bedroom but there is a TV in the living room. And it has firesticks and or fire tv with all the apps downloaded already! Love love loved it!

Just like home

This house is so clean and welcoming it’s just like home. Close to Alabama and orange beach. The Oar House is an awesome place to eat within a 20 minute drive. Close to gas stations and grocery store. Spacious house with fun games and very feel good. We would most definitely stay here again.

Family Vacay-nice home

The day we arrived in Pensacola we were slightly freaking out! We didn’t receive any type of check in information until an hour before check in. That was new for us. After hearing about all the people renting vacation homes then getting there to empty lots gave myself and MIL some anxiety. We spent so much money on a rental and was worried it was the same situation. We entered the address and drove by the house and saw a truck setting in the drive. Instead of freaking out more we went to find a place to eat. Hoping we would get an email or something telling us what to do. While eating we finally got a text saying the property was ready with check in instructions. Upon entering the house we were in awe of how pretty the home was! However, the game rooms had such a strong odder off weed. To each their own. However, I have 4 small children. We don’t expose them to that type of lifestyle. The smell should have been taken care of before we arrived. I immediately messaged me owner. He apologized and offered to come run a machine the next day if the smell was still there. We had to air the house out ourselves. Also went and bought air fresheners to help cover the smell. Everything else about the house was wonderful. We loved the space! You could tell it was newly remodeled, which was nice. The day we left was stressful in itself. My phone had gotten ruined at the beach. I received a message at some point letting me know an appraiser would be at the property that morning to inspect it. Stated he would be there between 9:45 and 10:00 and requested him to do the outside first. I couldn’t respond to the message due to my phone being messed up. However, I was less than pleased by this! The appraiser showed up by 9:00 and came right inside. We were pressed for time trying to get all of our things packed and out the door. Having a stranger in the home with us was the last thing we wanted to deal with. I felt like this was very unprofessional and an invasion of our privacy. If you are a care free person and don’t mind strangers in your home then this place is perfect for you!

Great family rental

Loved the game room on rainy days. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Was close to the airport but surprisingly not too loud. The pool table needs leveled and recommend bringing your own sticks or get the cheap ones at Walmart. Overall a very good place to stay.

Fun for the family

This house is large in space and allows us to accommodate our 4 grandchildren and have fun. The addition of all of the game tables is just the ticket for our family. Will try to stay often.

Good Place for kids and young teens - family.

The property was clean and roomy. The games they have are why I rented the property. We knew we would need to keep our grand children and ourselves busy. We had a lot of fun!!
