Casa Lisa befindet sich in der gated ökologisches Projekt von Maramar entfernt. Dieses Ferienhaus verfügt über 3 große klimatisierte Schlafzimmer und 3 ½ Bäder Gruppen bis zu 6 Personen beherbergen.

Das Master-Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der zweiten Etage und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein komplettes Badezimmer und Zugang zum großen Balkon. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und ein Badezimmer. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie das dritte Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer finden. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert und verfügen über Deckenventilatoren.

Casa Lisa verfügt über einen geräumigen Wohnbereich und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt einen großen Balkon im Erdgeschoss mit Außensitzbereich und einem großen Esstisch.

Casa Lisa, und der Rest des Maramar Projekt, liegt nur 300 Meter vom endlosen weißen Sandstrand von Santa Teresa. In unmittelbarer Nähe finden Sie auch mehrere Restaurants, Geschäfte, ein Supermarkt, und Nachtleben. Maramar bietet einen großen Pool, 24-Stunden-Sicherheit, und eine private Naturschutzgebiet zum Wandern und zu erkunden.

Great!

Absolutely wonderful. It’s just enough up the hill to take you off the (sometimes noisy) front street but not too high that you can’t walk to it. Perfect location in the neighborhood. Easy walk to the pool and the beach. Monkeys were in the trees right above the house on our first morning. We had a lovely time.

Fantastic home to explore the area

The Casa Lisa is amazing. Very well located, and AC in every room. The big balcony is perfect to spot some monkeys and other animals. The hosts were very accomodating et easy to reach. We really enjoyed our stay.

This home is located right on the beach road in Santa Teresa, a relaxed surf town on the Nicoya Peninsula. it was easy to find and so close to everything we needed. You can truly live pure vida here- we are so grateful we had the opportunity to stay for a few days.

Great house

We all loved staying here. The house was clean, close to the beach, the pool was great (a nice shady spot to hang out in the heat of the day), and it was well stocked in terms of kitchen items etc. It was nice and spacious for everyone to spread out or get together as the group desired. Bring a yoga mat, there is plenty of rom for stretching etc. Yes it is a steep walk but honestly not that bad, and the upside of this is that you look into a forest canopy in which there are all kinds of birds and also howler monkeys (i.e., bring binoculars!). Communication was great - there was a broken bed frame that they had someone fix as soon as we told them. The one thing is that VRBO said that we would get check in instructions 3 days in advance, but I think the owner is more comfortable sending those the day prior, just as a heads up.

Nos hospedamos 3 noches, nuestra concierge Tania, simplemente excepcional, hizo que nuestra estadía fuera lo más cómoda y placentera posible. La ubicación de la casa genial. Es muy cómoda y espaciosa, es una lástima que no esté un poco mejor equipada. Le faltan mejor es paños y un mejor microondas.

All your basics covered

But don’t expect extras like at US properties! No shower gel, shampoo, extra bedding, no TVs, no coffee/sugar, etc. steep incline. Not for anyone with mobility issues. Close to the beach and restaurants. Could use extra time cleaning out garbage can and kitchen in general.

La maison que nous avions loué était très belle mais pas adapté pour de jeunes enfants. Les rampes extérieures étaient dangereuses ainsi que la rampe intérieur du 2e étage aussi! Il y avait certaines des maisons qui avaient sécurisé leurs rampes. Nous aurions bien aimé avoir une de ces maisons.

Perfect Santa Teresa location

The house is beautiful- spacious and minimalistic. Location was perfect, in a gated community, up a very steep driveway and a 2 min walk to the main strip in Santa Teresa. Cons: the house was not fully stocked with any soaps or hairdryer so plan to bring your own. Kitchen appliances were a bit outdated. Air conditioning was spotty in the main living room. And there were some plumbing issues during our stay. The property manager was very responsive overall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Incredible stay

Could not recommend this property enough. Beautiful facilities, three large bedrooms, and four bathrooms. Centrally located to everything in town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Cleaning every other day was a great touch. Thanks so much we hope to be back soon! We are all young but only thing to keep in mind is there's a big hill up to the property so if you're older or have mobility issues it could be difficult.

Lovely, secluded, modern spot

I spent a week at Casa Lisa with my husband and 2 adults sons. We had a great time surfing, exploring, and eating in town. The location is just north of the busy part of town, a plus for us. A short walk to the beach and to our favorite soda, Soda Tiquicia. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the outdoor spaces are lovely for enjoying the trees and breezes.

Awesome Place to Stay

My friends and I absolutely loved staying here for a week in Santa Teresa. The home is gorgeous and airy, with lots of big windows. The mid stay housecleaning was a huge perk. The pool is awesome as well. The one draw back, which isn't a huge one, is the incorrect advertising about an Eco reserve to walk in. I asked the property manager about where to find this, to which she never responded. I asked the security guard, who informed me it didn't exist. I walked around the property countless times looking for the walk, and it simply does not exist. That being said, the beach across the street was a welcomed alternative! Great place, would stay again.

Excellent place in Santa Teresa

Great stay, property is beautiful and as described. Host was very friendly and responsive by whatsapp and even gave us some local travel advice. The 3 bedrooms were great for our crew of 4. House is modern and has lovely view from the full porches on the first and second floors. Bathrooms were clean and modern, although the water pressure was a bit funky on first floor and the pumps on the second floor were loud. There was no washer/drier which was a bit of a letdown. The house is a Short walk up the hill from town — about 5-10 minutes from the beach. If you’re driving, the house has a dedicated parking spot, but watch out it’s tricking reversing on the hill and getting out in the drivers side over a ledge. Cafes and restaurants right outside the gated community and the base of the hill. There is a pool that serves the entire community which is quite nice. A great place to vacation.

Wonderful customer service, great place!

We had a wonderful, albeit, shorter than planned stay at Casa Lisa. Unfortunately, we had to go back to Canada early due to the Coronavirus pandemic and Brett was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. The house itself was wonderful-clean, right in the center of Santa Teresa and the outdoor pool was amazing! Also, as a bonus the house had SO many towels for us to use! We will definitely be back for a visit when everything settles down and the wonderful hospitality during this stressful time was incredibly appreciated. Thank you! -Corina

Perfect location

We truly enjoyed our time at this property. It’s approximately a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. There is a great yoga studio at Believe which is a 5 minute walk. The manager, Brett, is very responsive to all questions and concerns. We’ve looking forward to returning next year!
