Dieses luxuriöse, moderne Haus befindet sich in einer der exklusivsten Straßen der Insel und bietet die seltene Kombination aus Meerblick UND Zugang zum Strand. Gehen Sie einfach über die Straße zu Andrea 1 Tauchplatz und Strand.

Sobald Sie die Haustür betreten, werden Sie vom Stil und der Handwerkskunst dieses schönen Hauses beeindruckt sein.

Die drei geräumigen Veranden und Terrassen sind im Wind, sodass immer eine kühle Brise durch das Haus weht. Es gibt immer einen schattigen Bereich, um sich bei einem kühlen Getränk zu entspannen und das Meer von vorne oder die Berge von hinten zu beobachten. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich auf der zweiten Ebene und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer öffnet sich zu einer überdachten Veranda mit Blick auf den Ozean, ein perfekter Ort, um einen ruhigen Morgenkaffee oder ein erfrischendes Getränk zu genießen, während Sie den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Die Küche öffnet sich zu einer großen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Hügel mit viel Platz zum Essen und Grillen.

Die Poolterrasse umfasst überdachte Ess- und Gesprächsbereiche sowie eine Außendusche. Der türkisblaue Swimmingpool, umgeben von Palmen und tropischen Pflanzen, ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen.

Family vacation

We had a great experience with Rob, the property manager. There was an issue with this property before we arrived and the property owner contacted us before we left to let us know we wouldn’t be able to stay here, but they arranged for us to stay at a property just across the street. Although this other property is managed by another company, Rob still met us for checkin and helped answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay with them again!

Island Paradise

Could not be happier with the house. The beds are amazing! The pool clean and refreshing. Rinse tanks conveniently located. We used all the outdoor spaces. Nice neighborhood for walking. Kitchen well equipped. Pay attention to generic items they tell you to bring. Two bedrooms and one bath on 1st floor. Master suite on 2nd floor with kitchen and family room and powder room. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect family home and close to town

We loved this home, the layout, the pool, the beach towels, the towel clips, the many terrace decks, the dive equipment cleaning tanks, the neighborhood, the book selection, the AC in all sleeping areas and family space, and access to washer/dryer with laundry supplies. Overall a wonderful place to spend a week or more. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked. Sincerely appreciate not having to run out to buy basic spices, toilet paper, and dishwashing supplies to get started for the week. Communication with the management company was excellent. House construction in the area unfortunately very loud. However, can't be helped as this is a great community close to town and 2 snorkeling/shore dives sites. Will definitely be back next year!

2024 Bonaire Vacay

We enjoyed our stay in Bonaire. Our accommodations were exactly as photos showed. Check-in/check-out process was very easy as everything was explained in step by step by instructions. The pool was perfect for our family to swim in when we were not at the beaches snorkeling. It was also very spacious, clean and well equipped to meet all our families needs as a home away from home. The location could not have been more perfect and just a short walk to the ocean, which was really nice! We had a ton of fun on kayaking through mangroves, highly recommend the 2 hr tour with snorkeling! Snorkeling was amazing, we saw a sea turtle and an octopus as well as a multitude of colorful fish. Washington Slagbaai national park was another great place to spend the day, although a bit of a bumpy ride, we enjoyed it! Will definitely be back 😊

Vacation sweet spot!

This is our first time on Bonaire at Christmas, and it was difficult finding a one-week rental. This little gem was the perfect fit for the four of us, allowing our friends ample space on the 1st floor and my wife and I the master suite. The outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing and cleaning our dive equipment. The house is just as pictured, and it was a bonus to have air conditioning in the living room area (previous rentals only have had air conditioning in the bedrooms). The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. The communication and mobile guide provided all the information needed to have a great stay!

Very comfortable, great location

This was our 4th trip to Bonaire. This home has very comfortable furniture, great spaces for gathering outside, excellent air conditioning and rinse tanks for gear! Kitchen was stocked with some basic spices and plenty of cooking pans/utensils. Overall, very nice place. Thanks!

Magnificent!

This was our first trip to Bonaire for diving and the house was perfect! The dive equipment cleaning tanks and locker served us well all week. The snide of the house was beautiful and was exactly what you need. We cooked dinner all week and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was an added bonus at the end of the diving day. We will be back to stay at Southern Skies.

great vacation house

Ample and excellent indoor and outdoor space for our group of 4 to spread out. 2 minute walk to Andrea 1! Two teenie cons: we lost wifi a number of times and the tile floors of the patios are slippery when wet. Definitely hope to stay here again.

Great property and location

Property is being well maintained and was clean upon arrival. Having a pool and dive wash area is a plus, but being one street off the best snorkeling in the island made it so much fun. Sit on the front patio between 7-8 A.M. and parrots and other birds sit right there in the trees. Lovely!

The best stay ever!

This property was amazing and the hosts were incredibly responsive to every question I had. I have stayed in a number of places and this is far and away my favorite. Everything about it is wonderful- the location is great for diving, the house is incredible and the entire process was so easy. We wish we could live here!!

The perfect place

This place was awesome. For perspective, we are a family of 4 including our two adult children and our stay was for 7 nights. The booking was easy and communication from the property manager contained all we needed for a smooth checkin. The house was very clean, well maintained and an excellent location for those looking to shore dive sites along the western coastline. Beds were comfortable and kitchen appointed with about anything you need. The layout provides plenty of space to “hangout” both inside and out. The pool provided a refreshing place for our non diving mama to relax in the sun & the freshwater rinse tanks and storage locker are a nice amenity. We recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious place to call home while on the island.

Wonderful house for relaxing and diving!

This house is very airy and spacious with multiple balconies and patios for relaxing when you aren't out diving. With this variety, no matter the time of day, there was always plenty of sun or shade, depending on your preference. One important plus that we discovered was the quality of the furniture throughout - the beds, the living room furniture, and all the outdoor lounge furniture. No expense spared to make the spaces comfortable and attractive. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to self-cater for two weeks. Each of the balconies and the patio had a large dining table so eating outside was a pleasure. Lots of big windows and balcony doors to keep the breezes blowing throughout the house. Finally, this house is wonderfully equipped for divers - two deep concrete rinse tanks, a drying rack, and a ventilated outdoor closet (lockable) for hanging BCD's and wetsuits. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
