Parties and events are not allowed on the property.

2️⃣ 🧼 Cleaning and Maintenance
Guests are expected to leave the property in an acceptable state of cleanliness. This includes:
✔ Not leaving dirty pots and pans in the kitchen.
✔ Not accumulating excessive trash in the bins.
✔ Avoiding stains on the floors and walls.
If additional cleaning is required after check-out, an extra fee equal to the cleaning cost of the reservation will be applied.

3️⃣ 📞 Communication for Local Guests
Local guests must contact the host before making a reservation.

4️⃣ 🚷 Unregistered Visitor Restrictions
Unregistered overnight visitors are not allowed. Any visit not included in the reservation will incur an additional charge according to the current extra guest rate.
After 10:00 PM, any unregistered visitor will be considered an additional guest and must be registered for the entire stay. The corresponding fee will apply for the full duration of the reservation.

Children and babies are welcome, but their number must be specified in the reservation.

The maximum number of people allowed on the property is 8 at any time.
