Just minutes walk to all the great bars and restaurants. Optional to arrange with a deposit the Owners personal kayaks and paddle boards to use off the dock. You will love the top of the line Jenn Air chefs kitchen with all amenities. Beautiful living room on the first floor and a full third floor bonus living room with TVs, couches, and games to entertain the kids! A deck with table to seat 8 and a ground level patio with a sectional, table for dining with fire pit and Weber bbq. The open floor plan makes entertaining a large group effortless. The living room/kitchen area seats 18 comfortably and opens to the outdoor deck.

Upper three levels for guest and bottom level with garage reserved for the owner. Dock available at own risk.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
