Strandhaus nördlich der Dunlawton-Brücke in Daytona Beach Shores. Freundliche, ruhige Nachbarschaft mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus liegt nördlich der Dunlawton Bridge zwischen der A1A und der Halbinsel. Busse zur Main Street und zum Ocean Walk sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. 6 Meilen nördlich. Der Strand ist einen halben Block entfernt und es gibt Zugang zum Strand.

Super Lage, Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Das Haus war mit allem, Küchengeräten, Washer, dryer, 2 Fernseher etc ausgestattet. Nett eingerichtet wir haben 3 Tage mit 4 Personen und Kind genossen. Die 2 großen Schlafzimmer waren räumlich getrennt, ein extra Raum war für Kind/er vorhanden. Die Außenanlagen und Pool waren fantastisch. Der runde Tisch mit Barstühlen in der Küche war für 4 Personen gerade ausreichend. Es gab noch einen extra Hochtisch im Wohnzimmer und eine 2 Sitzecke. Kontakt mit Gastgeberin hat super funktioniert.

Perfect Escape

We enjoyed our stay. Thank you to Betty Lou for being so accommodating and communicative. We loved the back yard- which has a lovely swimming pool and spa and plenty of extra room for our dogs to run and play. The home was well furnished and a lot of attention and detail has gone into making any stay super comfortable. We hope to be able to visit again.

Great beach home

This is our second time staying at this rental when we come to Daytona. It's close to walk to the beach and there are many good restaurants nearby.

Cozy home in great neighborhood!

It was perfect for my husband and I’s 5-night visit with our dog and our daughter and her fiancée’s visit for 1-night. It was close to some great restaurants and the track which we go to every Thanksgiving holiday for the Turkey Rod Run. Very comfortable beds and plenty big enough for us.

Family Visit

This house was nice and clean. The location was great for beach days, shopping, and great food! The pool is awesome!! (The light in the pool was not working for night swimming). The couches are outdated and worn (pillows on couches needs cleaned). The toilet in the bathroom near kitchen is really hard to use because your legs are touching the sinks vanity and you have to step to the side to pull down and pull up your clothing (We are not a tall family). The showers are small in the bathrooms but this was mentioned by home owner and other guest. More washcloths for the bathrooms are needed (we stayed 7 nights only three in one bathroom and two in other the home has a washer and dryer so we could wash towels and wash clothes). The back yard is hot in the evenings, no shade. No umbrella is provided. An umbrella stand is provided if you purchase the umbrella (the awning is not for guests). We enjoyed staying in the area and again the pool was amazing. The house was clean no bugs seen in house. The homeowner responded quickly to questions and kept us updated when needed. Checkin was easy, we had a late arrival. We would definitely stay here again because the location and the pool!! Well worth the small issues mentioned above. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great location, great pool and comfortable house

We all had a great time lounging by the pool (sun shade would have been nice to use for us "responsible" people). Only two things to comment would be no laundry detergent to wash towels before we left and beds could use some updating. Other than that, everything was very nice. Thanks! Taya Parodo

THE Best house & location!

This was our first family vacation. Myself, husband & our 3 kids. Betty Lou was so sweet & amazing to work with! The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived. Very clean! Not to mention super adorable. Betty makes sure the house is stalked with everything you need to get started and is kind enough to provide toys/beach chairs! The pool & hot tub are absolutely perfect. As she states in the description it only has 2 stand up showers which were perfect for us. Plenty of beds, pillows, blankets, towels. You cannot ask for a better neighborhood or location. We walked everywhere we went! All of the locals are really friendly & inviting. We LOVED the guest book & information folder. Alot of good information in them both of things to do, eat & see. I hope we make it back one day! Thanks so much Betty Lou for making our vacation so much more enjoyable!!! ♥️

Nice house, nice neighborhood

Our family of 5 stayed in this house and it met our needs perfectly. Betty Lou is very accommodating and communicated in a timely manner. The house was clean and had nice extras such as, paper towels, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, coffee/filters, spices, etc. There were plenty of bath and beach towels and extra bedding. The house was in a nice neighborhood with quiet neighbors and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The backyard was private and huge. We enjoyed the hot tub as there was a cold spell during our stay.

Amazing location. Pool and backyard can’t be beat.

We absolutely adored our time at this property. We came on the heels of Ian - as as a family that used to live in SoFla, we were concerned about all those affected - but Betty Lou made sure to keep us top of mind giving updates on power and the surrounding areas leading up to our trip. She quickly facilitated damage repair to her gate and pool so we, our kids, and dogs could all enjoy it. And enjoy it we did! We spent countless hours swimming and hanging out in the spa or around the fire pit. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials including pool/beach toys, chairs, and towels. We very much enjoyed what the boys called the “love notes” scattered throughout giving us prompts on house rules :) It’s a unique house. We looked it up and it was built in the 50’s! But we loved it for that charm and I am telling you - there is no better location. We have never been repeat visitors because we like to experience all the various beaches in the Florida/Ga/Bama area but we are already talking about how we can get back asap!

Excellent location 🙂

The home is walking distance from the beach and great food. We walked to crabby joes which I highly recommend for seafood lovers. It’s also a short drive from ANYTHING you may want or need. I can’t say enough about the location. We also walked our dogs around the neighborhood every night which was very safe and quiet. The grass was pretty tall when we arrived but Betty Lou promptly arranged for it to be cut which was great. The pool and fenced in yard were the icing on top. Our dogs loved going out back to romp and play freely. It is well stocked throughout for anything you may need for the stay. Overall Daytona 2022 vacation was just what we needed to unwind, destress , and have fun making memories with our family.

2nd Time at this amazing House!

This was , My wife and I's second time staying at Betty's house and it was Awesome! The house was spotless and pool and lawn was perfect. This time my Sister and Brother inlaw came with us and they loved the house as much as Patty and me. Betty Lou was wonderful to work with, we texted off and on during the week and she is a blessing to work with! We will be staying again for sure!

Lovely beach house with pool and short walk to beach.

Great location in Daytona Beach Shores. Beach was a short walk away. House was great for 5 adults and two dogs. Backyard was lovely with nice pool and privacy fence. Owner kept the house well stocked with everything you would need including beach chairs, beach towels and bikes in the backyard shed. Neighborhood is quiet and felt safe yet close to everything. Would definitely like to rent again.

This is great 1950's cement block home - the atmosphere is "beachy"! We fell in love the minute we walked in the front door. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was important to us, and the backyard was the perfect place for a patio/pool/hot tub/fire pit. We visit the home as often as we can to be sure everything is up to date, maintained and in working order for our guests.
