An entertainment room equipped with a pool table, darts, bar, pac man, karaoke, games and smart TV. All rooms have their own workspace for private work areas plus smart TV's to relax. 2 balconies on the 2nd floor over look the pool and golf course making it a great place to have a drink, relax or watch the golfers play. A large back yard with a gorgeous pool, outdoor shower, grassy area and patio for games, relaxation and all day fun. A side court-yard for games or a great meditation space. The perfect pool house getaway

My friends and I celebrated my 40th birthday at this beautiful pool house for the weekend. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were great at communication. I would rent this place again!!

Lovely home that needs a bit of maintenance

We enjoyed the home, however, had a few issues. A/C was not working upstairs until the last day, the owner did have a tech out to fix. Water pressure was horrible in the kitchen, had to get water from the bathroom faucet to fill the carafe. Ice maker did not work, there was a bag in the extra refrigerator, not very convenient. Lights over the kitchen bar counter and living room, flashed like a strobe light which was not good for our grandchildren. Pool was covered in leaves, did not look inviting. 1st floor shower water took over 5 minutes to get hot, and was not very hot at all. Half bath by laundry area had a leak under the toilet, had to be careful where you walked. Dryer took over an hour and a half to dry 3 towels, we had to leave at 10am for checkout, have no idea if they dried at all.

Too many calls to property managers

We arrived in total darkness, not a light on the property.Walked in and it was freezing inside.( cold front outside). Couldn’t get the thermostat to make heat.( no directions available)Upstairs thermostat didn’t provide heat either.We tried to make them work.Finally left to get dinner and warm up. When we came back, they tried to remotely control thermostat, didn’t work. Finally they sent a video of the exact thermostat model, and the downstairs unit worked. Upstairs blowing cold air.House was a nice size for our family gathering.Also in book of rules and such, come to find out only six cars can be in driveway and no parking across the street.( that would have helpful info in my decision to choose this house , since we had numerous people coming from different areas to attend our gathering.Next day, sent technician to fix upstairs thermostat.( made time to be there , he came, could fix it, but wasn’t allowed to by homeowner.We then didn’t have any use of it.( and needed the air)The whole house had inadequate amounts of towels , washcloths, a few extra blankets as well as silverware for the number of people they say they can accommodate!Crazy.Luckily we had catering and they brought us silverware.( the property manager s sent fleece throws and washcloths and a tray of silverware after I told them.If you’re going to rent a home, stock it so no one needs to call.My weekend would have been a lot more enjoyable if I hadn’t had to contact them so much!
