Welcome to our contemporary 6-bedroom Airbnb, perfect for a relaxing stay. Enjoy an open-plan living space with a gourmet kitchen, a fun games room, and a glamorous outdoor oasis featuring a heated pool, sunbeds, a playground, and a fire pit. Located just 16 miles from the beach and minutes away from restaurants, shopping, attractions, and entertainment, this home offers resort-style living at its finest. Experience the ultimate in comfort and convenience for your next getaway.
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, Wi-Fi, limited parking (10 Cars only), and washer.
The neighborhood around the home is a safe and family-friendly place to live. It is close to a variety of amenities and has a low crime rate.

Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required.
If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit.
The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms.
Mandatory house rules:
1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation
2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 10 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.
3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10pm to 10 am
4. A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.
5. Fireworks are not allowed.
6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.
PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
