This unit should never have been rented
This rental unit was so unfit for habitation upon arrival the prop management relocated me for two nights at another location. The key code was not working upon arrival, and when I did get inside there were so many problems I hardly knew where to begin The place was not cleaned. Filthy. There were wet towels in the dryer ( a dryer that did not work) and clothes in the washing machine. The primary bedroom had a filthy bed with a ripped stained mattress cover on it . The plumbing in both bathrooms needed repair. Neither sinks or tub held water. The primary bath sink took 5 minutes to get hot water, the guest room two minutes. The screen on the downstairs lanai door was ripped and was replaced while we were there. There were (are) holes in bathroom ceiling tiles and not one of the air conditioning ceiling vents are correctly installed in the ceilings. Ceiling fans didn’t work.The refrigerator has no icemaker hooked up but the mgt was kind enough to order countertop ice makers. The fridge is the wrong size for where it is, the door is on backward and cannot be opened from the left as it should. The kitchen is equipped with all dollar store utensils. Extremely limited cookware, no bakeware to speak of.and there were just two kitchen knives. The television in the primary bedroom was broken upon arrival. It was replaced. The management was responsive and sent fix it folks three or four times, but truly this was the worst place I’ve rented
