Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This vacation home, with breathtaking views, is located in the Van Lee. New to the vacation market, this penthouse unit has been remodeled to the nines!!! The custom kitchen boasts of gorgeous granite counters, Eat-at island with USB ports/electric, SS appliances and a custom pot filler! Remodeled bathrooms with granite counters, glass barn doors & designer tile showers! Gym, sauna, library, card & amenity rooms!! More photos to come.
This condo has been recently updated and newly furnished with tile floors, a new kitchen, and new bathrooms. This spacious condo with its open floor plan allows easy entertaining, including a kitchen with room for multiple sous-chefs, or bar seating for those that are there to taste test only. Dining room seats 6, with an additional 4 bar seats at yeh breakfast bar. The living room has a wall of windows, great for early morning sunrises and a sleeper sofa for extra company. Primary bedroom with breathtaking views, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet. Guest bathroom also has a walk-in shower. The split floorplan adds an extra level of privacy. Laundry located across from the front door in a private storage room, along with all the beach necessities.

Peaceful Getaway

The beach near this condo was gorgeous and it had very few people on it. There were no vendors or cars and it was free from trash. This made walking the beach very safe. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything you would need for cooking and baking meals from scratch.

Nice Condo

The condo is nice with a great kitchen/dining area. There are plenty of dishes, mugs and cups but no wine glasses. Maybe that will change before the next guests arrive but you may want to bring your own just in case.The living room is nice with a comfortable couch and love seat. We never turned the TV so can’t comment on that but it’s a nice size flat screen.The second bedroom was comfortable and the second bathroom was nice but not so much the master. The mattress in the master bedroom appears to be old as there are indentations that you roll into when you lay down on it. It also made it difficult to get out of the bed. There is a farm door separating the bedroom from the bathroom but there is only one handle on the door (on the outside) so it was a little difficult to open and close it from inside the bathroom. Also, the water pressure in the master bath is awful. It was hard to rinse the soap off; forget trying to wash your hair. The second bath didn’t have those issues so if you have a lot of hair and need to wash it, use the second bathroom.Faye, the property manager, was responsive and wonderful to work with.All in all, except for the issues with the master bedroom, it was a nice place for a girls weekend.

What a GEM in Ormand Beach!

We stayed here for the Daytona 500. We are 2 married couples who just want to enjoy the view of the ocean and come home to a quiet, tranquil setting after going to the Saturday and Sunday festivities at the racetrack. This condo did NOT disappoint. Fantastic kitchen, gorgeous views out the floor to ceiling windows, bathrooms and showers are amazing. We will definitely try to book this again.

Perfect getaway!

Condo was clean, updated with an amazing view. We had a small issue with check in but Faye and Amy helped us quickly and available to answer any questions. Would love to stay here again!!

Comfy and clean ocean front condo

This condo has been updated with modern fixtures, comfortable furnishings, and everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. It is direct ocean front so no crossing A1A with all your kids and beach gear! The whole building was quiet and the residents were friendly and helpful. The host was super attentive and we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, clean ocean front condo

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Comfortable beds, great appliances in kitchen, plenty of towels, and plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out. View from the balcony is beautiful.
