Step through the front door into an inviting hallway that takes you to the versatile living areas. You'll find an open floor plan holding the living room, kitchen, and dining spaces- perfect for gatherings!

Living Room: The living room, is the heart of the house, featuring a comfortable sectional, a 65” Smart TV, and large windows that offer plenty of natural light and access to the backyard space. There is a wood burning fireplace that is decorative only, non operational.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, including a wine fridge, surrounded by an inviting bar-top seating for 4.

Dining area: The adjoining dining area features a large wood dining table with seating for 8. An additional formal dining room offers seating for another six.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom— King bed, dresser, ample closet space, and private access to the backyard. Ensuite with double sink vanity, large soaker tub, and separate walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 — King bed, 65” Smart TV, and a built in desk area. Access to shared full bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 3 — Queen bed and a built in desk. Access to shared full bathroom with a shower.
