New to our rental program this St. Christopher Oaks home is tucked away and exudes privacy. The neighborhood is only a half mile to the first of 8 beach boardwalks leading to 3.5 miles of private sandy shoreline. The home has an open living area, four large bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and an upstairs den offer plenty of room for everyone to comfortably gather.

Walk up to the welcoming front porch and the rockers, a perfect spot to begin your day with a morning cup of coffee. Once inside you will notice how the home flows from one living area to another. The open living/dining room, sunroom and kitchen area with granite counter tops, hardwood floors and beautiful details let everyone gather together or find their own space. The back of this home overlooks a wooded area with lagoon and benches for deer spotting. Spot Seabrook's wildlife from the screened porch or the upstairs open deck. This home is a short bike ride (about a mile) to the main Beach Club's pools restaurants and golf courses.

The open living area has a large Smart TV. Settle into the comfortable furnishings and watch your favorite shows or movies. The sun room offers additional space for sharing time with your guests or just relaxing. The wall of windows overlooks the natural landscape. The dining area has a large table that seats 8. There is additional seating at the kitchen island for 4. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters, a gas cooktop, custom cabinets and an island. You also have a choice of Keurig or a drip coffeemaker. Off the entry hall is a powder room with a pedestal sink. Step through the doors in either the living room or primary bedroom to the screened porch. This space is equipped with "easy Breeze" windows letting you enjoy this room rain or shine, hot or cold. Dine al fresco or gather for an evening beverage. Off the screen porch is the grilling deck with propane grill for you to use.

There are four large bedrooms in this home. The first floor primary suite has a king bed, Smart TV, and en suite bath with access to the screened porch. The en suite bath has a double sink vanity, walk-in shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. Head upstairs to the additional 3 bedrooms and den. At the top of the stairway is a den with two sofas and a desk. This great retreat is perfect for the kids. The second floor en suite bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen bed and 2 double beds and nooks for snuggling up with a good beach read. Both bedrooms have access to the full hall bath featuring a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. All of the second floor bedrooms have ceiling fans, wall mounted TVs and doors leading out to the expansive upper deck. The deck has chaises and a bistro table. Finishing off the second floor is the laundry with full size washer and dryer.

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.

Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
