Villa Versailles is located within the prestigious Cocotal Golf & Country Club, in Bavaro City, approximately a 25-minute drive from Punta Cana Airport.

This is a cozy and comfortable 4-bedroom villa with a large private swimming pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. Villa Versailles boasts original architecture with Baroque elements.

The villa is spread across 2 levels. On the first floor, you'll find the kitchen, a dining area for 10 people, a guest room, a game room (billiards, darts, bar), and a bedroom with a small terrace overlooking the pool and garden.

The second floor of the villa houses 3 bedrooms and a family relaxation room with high ceilings.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and have their own shower and toilet facilities.

The villa comfortably accommodates 8+ guests.

The bedroom on the ground floor has 2 queen size beds, air conditioning, TV. Separate restroom and bathroom. There is a small balcony overlooking the pool, garden and golf courses.

On the second floor you will find a bedroom with columns. There are two queen size beds, TV, air conditioning. Separate restroom and bathroom.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed, air conditioning, work desk. Separate restroom and bathroom. From the bedroom there is access to a small private balcony.

The fourth master bedroom has a king size bed, air conditioning, armchairs, large flat screen TV. Separate restroom and bathroom with Jacuzzi. From the bedroom there is access to a balcony overlooking the pool and golf courses.

The villa also has a large covered terrace with a dining area for 10 people, with sofas, armchairs, cocktail tables.

The nearest public beaches to visit: Jellyfish, Playa Bibijagua - Bavaro beach, which is recognized as one of the best beaches in the world. These are beaches with white sand and azure water.
From the villa to the beach by car 6-8 minutes.

There are no big waves here. On the beach there are cafes and bars, a small tourist market, parking. Here you can relax for free or rent sun loungers or beds for relaxation for an additional fee.

!!! When checking into the villa, guests also leave a deposit for the safety of the property, which is $ 800 USD (cash). In the absence of damage - the deposit is returned upon departure.
