Smoking Policy:
• No Smoking or Vaping inside the property.
• $200 extra cleaning fee if smoking inside the house/garage is detected.
Pet Policy:
1. Pets Allowed: Well-behaved dogs only (No cats or other pets allowed).
2. Pet Size: Only 1 dog under 40lbs allowed.
3. Housebreaking: Dog must be housebroken without a history of accidents.
4. Behavior: Dog must not exhibit excessive barking or destructive behavior when left alone.
5. No Chewing/Scratching: Dog must not chew or scratch doors, furniture, carpets, linens, etc.
6. Flea/Tick Treatment: Dog must be treated with Advantage or similar flea and tick repellent three (3) days before arrival.
General Pet Rules:
• Dogs are permitted only with prior approval.
• Pet owner is responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by their dog.
• Keep the dog under control and leashed when outside.
• Promptly report any damage caused by the dog.
• Guests are responsible for the cost of any damages.
• Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and heartworm preventative.
• Pet hairs on furniture or bedding will incur a $100 fee.
• Rinse and dry the dog before entering the house. Dog towels provided.
• Do not wash dogs in indoor bathtubs or showers.
• Follow local ordinances, leash laws, and licensing requirements.
• Clean up after the dog and dispose of waste properly.
• Ensure dogs are not noisy, aggressive, or causing discomfort to others.
• "Vicious or Dangerous Dogs" and dogs with a biting history are prohibited.
• Bring your dog’s bedding, toys, and waste bags.

Please adhere to these policies during your stay. Guests are solely responsible for their pets' behavior and any violations may result in additional charges or eviction from the property
The house is situated to the east of Nova Road and to south of LPGA Blvd. Positioned on a corner lot, the front of the house faces 8th Street, while the driveway is accessible from Narcissus Avenue. The entry door is off the patio, immediately in front of the driveway.
