The house itself is very nice. I would fire the cleaning company that services the house. The bathrooms were not clean. each of the tubs had rings or just dirt in them. We did not use them. The house needs a dehumidifier system badly. When we walked in it smelled like mildew. Having a house in Florida with summer heat and humidity you should have a system to maintain healthy air within the house. There was only one TV in the whole house. Which some people are ok with. I am not that person. We purchased candles to dampen the smell. The beds were comfortable. The house needs a professional decorator to come in. The wall downstairs with the bookshelf was nice. The rest of the house was very limited. The AC system took a minute to understand but once we did it was fine. Some instructions on the outdoor lighting would have been helpful. Is there a reason you have a very large deck on the front of the house and no furniture on the deck. While it was very humid and hot during our stay. I am sure some future guest would like to sit out and enjoy the view. One other thing you have a lot of tripping hazards with how your doors are setup up. You should consider changing or modifying to reduce tripping or injury.
