The property is located in an established neighborhood with elderly neighbors. The Parker/Panama City/Panama City Beach & Mexico Beach areas are still recovering from Hurricane Michael. While this home has been repaired other homes and businesses in the neighborhood and surrounding area may be in various stages of repair. At this time homes directly around the property are not under construction and the environment is extremely quiet.


Driveway parking for two vehicles or more vehicles. No parking available in the garage.


No food or drinks in bedroom

* No smoking inside the home.

* No drug activities or possession.

* No parties inviting others over to home. ONLY CONFIRMED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO STAY/ USE THE PROPERTY. Make sure the number of guests are disclosed upon booking.

* No extra guest without permission from the host. Our maximum occupancy is only SIX guests (6). Unless there are little children/family and must be arranged before booking.

* Leaving the home clean as possible will be appreciated. We do charge cleaning fee but would appreciate if the trash is placed in the bin, etc.

* The property has exterior security cameras with video and audio capabilities

* Broken/destroyed things must be paid or replaced.

* ALWAYS use the designated home parking and not the street to avoid getting towed.

*Refrain from making loud noise that disturbs the neighbors.
