Brickell Avenue 1 bedroom condo

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Facilities are great including 3 swimmingpools and a Spa Communication with management was outstanding. Questions promptly answered. If you plan to use a rental car than I strongly recommend using the parking space in a nearby garage that is offered at an extra daily cost. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance in addition to the option of shopping at Whole Foods supermarket which is also in walking distance. I can recommend renting this apartment without hesitation. Just know that the location is downtown Miami and situated in the heart of the Financial District hence busy with traffic and occasional noise.

Amazing Stay

Beautiful place. Clean, comfortable with a beautiful view. I would book this place again. Be prepared to pay a lot for parking. The Icon doesn’t have daily rates just hourly so it cost a lot if your going in and out. You can look for parking other places around but it can be costly as well.

After having lived all over the world across four different continents, my husband and I decided to return to Miami, a city we have always loved. We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used VRBO abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
