Home Review

We had a great stay! We rented this home while we were waiting to close on our new home after selling so we were there for 2 months! It was comfy and provided us with all the amenities of “home” we would pick to stay here again if ever needed!! They even came and did a midstay clean for us and had a responsive team if a problem ever did arise! Thank you for your support and hospitality!

Daily Maintenance Required

A few hours before arriving I received an email stating that the door connecting to the shower was broken. I tried not to pay much mind to it and figured we’d be ok since we were traveling with our family and wouldn’t have to worry about friends being uncomfortable with door issue while taking a shower/using the toilet. Anyway, fast forward to that night, not only did that door not work but the shower stopped making hot water after 5 minutes AND wasn’t draining [ I have pics for proof.] So, while my eldest got to shower with hot water for a brief moment the rest of us had to sit in over six inches of cold water while showering with cold water. THE WORST. —— On top of that the couch was FULL of white dog hair, the porch screen is broken and would violently smack anyone walking through. It even caught my little ones heel a few times. The icing on the cake was the AC breaking on our last night there. —- All in all, we had the cleaning crew come vacuum the living room and handyman pass by 3 times for bathtub repair and the again because it wasn’t fully fixed and then for AC issue —— what a nightmare! I won’t be missing these cold showers! …And to think this could have all been avoided if taken care of PRIOR TO OUR STAY! —- In all fairness, the property owner did put us on in a different property on our last day when the AC broke but with all things considered he still fel short. —- would not recommend

Beautiful home, great location

Our host was professional and promptly responded with any questions we had! The home is in a nice neighborhood with a big beautiful yard with mature trees! It is not totally fenced but our dogs handled their freedom well, with plenty of room to run and go potty! We loved the home, it has almost been completely updated with a gorgeous kitchen and new furniture! The king bed was very comfortable! It is close to shopping and restaurants! We loved that it was only a few short minutes from the Georgia Fair Grounds!
