Aloha and welcome to one of the most incredible remodels you will find in Wailea Ekahi Village - a 34 acre beachfront community - located about 0.4 miles from Keawakapu beach, one of Maui’s most popular pristine white sandy beaches.

We would love to have you stay with us - max 2 guests per stay - so you can experience this magical place! The entire unit will be exclusively yours to relax and unwind.

Key Features:

1. Full 1 bedroom with a mesmerizing main patio, off the living room, with super comfortable Italian patio furniture, offering lush garden views, the rolling greenbelt and even a slice of ocean view (from the main patio). Unit also has a small patio off the bedroom.

2. 2 flat screen smart TV’s with cable TV: 65” in the living room, 55” in the bedroom.

3. Remote controlled blinds (from Hunter Douglas) in both the living room and bedroom.

4. Split AC system and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Main patio also has a ceiling fan. Adjustable lighting throughout to set the mood for relaxation (all lighting in the unit is LED).

5. High-end furniture throughout, predominantly from Italy, for your comfort.

6. Full size and fully stocked kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, pots, pans, cookware, silverware etc) with large fridge, microwave and range / oven. All kitchen appliances are from Viking.

7. 1 free unassigned parking stall.

8. Free private wi-fi and a landline phone, with free calling to US & Canada.

9. Bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a dresser.

10. Bathroom has a hair dryer and the shower has both rain and handheld shower heads.

11. Awesome closet system.

12. Unit is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, and a rolling wheeled cooler.

13. Washer and dryer in unit.

12. 4 swimming pools across the community (1 of the pools is a stone’s throw away from the unit). The largest pool and a stunning large covered pavilion with a kitchen and ample comfortable covered seating are right by a gate, with access to Keawakapu beach, one of Maui’s most popular pristine white sandy beaches.

13. The condo's location is private and away from possible noise from pools, parking and trash areas. However, do expect occasional noise from nearby street and construction.

14. A starter kit of soaps, paper products, and trash bags is provided. When the supplies are gone, guests are responsible for purchasing supplies for the remainder of their stay.

15. Registered Wailea Ekahi guests can use the Pickleball court. Two pickleball paddles and balls are provided.

An electronic keypad allows self-check-in flexibility. This unit is set up as a rental and designed with guest comfort in mind. Guests have access to the full condo.

Please note that upon arrival, all guests must check-in with security. Failure to do this may result in a fine from the building association. If you rent a car you must register your car.

Max 2 guests total (guests of all ages are included in the total occupancy).
No party or smoking of any kind in the unit, patio or the community - we enforce a fine plus any damage caused if there is any smoke smell or party discovered.

Violation of house or resort rules may result in fines and/or eviction without refund.

This is a legal short-term vacation rental under Maui’s short-term rental laws.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.
The SafelyStay, Inc Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $5,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage or accidental property damage. The link for complete terms regarding the Trust and Safety coverage can be requested from Maui Roost. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible or minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest and Maui Roost will process using the form of payment on file for the Guest.
