Welcome to your dream villa! This awesome house in West Haven - The Sanctuary has five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, and it's all set up with cool stuff.

When you walk in, there's a nice living room and a place to eat.

The living room is super fun! There's a big TV with Roku for all your favorite shows. Open the door, and there's a patio with a pool, spa, and and extra toilet with sink. The villa has no rear neighbors and overlooks a conservation area.

Downstairs, there's a comfy bedroom with two twin beds, and another room with a queen bed. There's a bathroom with everything you need – a tub/shower, sink, and toilet. And guess what? There's an extra toilet downstairs for your convenience!

Now, let's talk about the kitchen. It's a chef's dream with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge with icemaker. And there's a cute coffee nook – like having your own café!

The laundry room is located next to the garage and has a washer and dryer as well as an ironing board and iron. In the garage you'll find a pool table.

Upstairs, the main bedroom is like a VIP suite featuring a king bed as well as a wooden baby bed. It has access to a balcony. The large fancy bathroom is en suite and offers two vanities, a tub, a shower and two closets.. On the other side, there are two more cool bedrooms – one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. They share a bathroom with single vanity, toilet and shower/tub right in between. There's also a work space in the loft with a spacious desk and chair.

Every bedroom has its own TV with Roku and Spectrum channels. Cool, huh?

And guess what? The Sanctuary is a gated community, so it's really safe and relaxed.

➤ Important Note
Guests will receive an initial welcome pack with 1 extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel, 2 garbage bags, 2 laundry pods, 2 dish pods and a small bottle of dish detergent. After that, it is the guest’s responsibility to restock these items for the remainder of their stay since the house is self catering.

Pool heat is not included, costs are $ 30 per day.
