Driving up to the modern home, views of Piestewa Peak capture your sight. Find yourself relaxing on the front patio with the firepit lit and enjoy the spectacular view of those peaks. You are just under 2 miles away from the hiking trails which make it easy to connect with the desert. Lounge by the sparkling saltwater pool with plenty of seating areas to have conversations or work on your tan. Relax in the in-ground spa after a long day. Topped off with a BBQ area and dining table for six, the backyard is a tranquil space.

Living Areas

Orangewood boasts 2 living areas where you are sure to be entertained. Unique, colorful plays of art, and album art framed make the home pop with color along with the designer furnishings. Games and books are available in the first living room upon entering the home. An excellent arcade setup is there with loads of games to entertain the entire group. Right now the home is set up for streaming services, so you must have your own login to use.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Rest easy in the primary bedroom suite with neutral colors, a king bed, relaxing seating area, and private access to the backyard. Neutral colors play into a serene, comfortable respite. The en-suite features a large walk-in shower and double sinks.
The first guest bedroom upon entering the home has a king bed. It is adorned with bright colors with cool blues. Different textures in the artwork and furniture make this room special.
The second guest bedroom is designed with subtle and bright colors, paired together with a queen bed and a pull-out twin bed underneath. A muted desk subtly furnishes the room for those that need a laptop-friendly environment but still want a comfortable relaxing room to come back to.
The second bathroom is shared between the guest bedrooms and is only a few steps away for easy access while preparing or winding down from the day.

Pool or spa heat is an additional $95.00 + tax daily. Please request pool heating in advance of your arrival. The spa requires approximately one hour to reach its optimal temperature, while the pool can take up to 12 hours to heat. These times can vary based on the ambient temperatures. Kindly note that the spa doesn't have jets.

House Rules:

Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am.
Pool and landscaping vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Please keep this in mind during your stay.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
