This stylish home is the perfect home base for your NoCo adventure! Enjoy a fun-filled day paddle boarding at Boyd Lake, head up to Fort Collins for a brewery tour, or take a day trip to Rocky Mountain National Park and enjoy an afternoon in Estes. Then head home to spark up the grill and spend the evening laughing with friends around the outdoor fire pit before sinking into bed for a restful sleep. Memories are made here!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced backyard with a private hot tub, string lights, a BBQ grill, and outdoor seating. We also provide two electric bikes and kids bikes. The community clubhouse features a BBQ area, a fire pit, and a desk where you can check out kayaks for a fun afternoon on the water!

INDOOR LIVING: 50” Smart TV in the living room, dining table with seating for 8, board games, a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace, garage gym with sauna

KITCHEN: Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar with seating for 3, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen island, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: There is a main level half bathroom and two full bathrooms upstairs. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

NOTE: This home is in an HOA community with a beautiful clubhouse which features an indoor/outdoor event space, shaded lounge area, fire pit with lake views, and lake access. There is a beautiful walking trail and you can even check-out their two kayaks for lake use during your stay! Please be respectful of the conservation regulations related to the lake and surrounding area.
