OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-We provide a Starter Kit to get your stay going that includes: Travel size soaps and shampoos, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish sponge, 1 small bottle of liquid dish soap, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 laundry pods, 3 trash bags, and bathroom trash liners in each trashcan.

-Access to the home is via electronic keypad and the code is provided 48hrs before your arrival! So no need to go to an office to pick up a key! When you arrive in the area you can go straight to the cabin, unpack, relax and enjoy!

-Parking pass is provided at the entrance gate upon your arrival. Please also note per our HOA, a MAXIMUM of 5 vehicles are allowed per address.

Pool Heating - $35/day for your entire stay. 48 hours notice required to ensure the pool is heated.

Grill - We provide propane for the grill. Our cleaners charge a $45 cleaning fee that must be paid prior to using the grill.

Amenity Center Access: Please note the amenity center charges a 1 time fee of $35 for groups of 1-12 people and $45 for groups larger than 12 people.

-No Pets, Smoking or Additional Guests separate from the reservation are allowed.

-Unfortunately we cannot offer late check-out or early check-in. Our cleaners need the time to be able to properly clean and sanitize the cabin between guests.
