This fabulous Condo provides very spacious and comfortable accommodation and comes well equipped for up to 10 persons, including a master suite. It provides a large, comfortable family room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a master king suite, two bedrooms individually fun themed in Disney's Frozen and Toy Story, with a twin and double combination. There is also a double sofa bed located in the living and mezzanine areas. Private parking is located to the front. The property is conveniently located near all major Orlando attractions with excellent shopping and dining facilities on hand nearby. There is a washer and dryer available and free WiFi is provided. The resort style amenities include a pool, gym, on-site Starbucks and beautiful landscaped gardens with picnic areas and BBQ grills available, In addition to this, guests also have the added bonus of enjoying all the resort facilities over at Calypso Cay for free too, which include a water park! This is a gated community with welcome center/lobby area where guests can meet and relax. The property is a fully equipped home from home and only minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort! Condo is situated on the second floor so may not be suitable for all guests.

Easy Check great accomdations need more cleaniness

Overall good stay. Roomy and great location for food shopping and entertaiment. Well stock with kitchen hardware. Touch up on tubs,ceiling, blindes, doors with good washing and dusting it would be a perfect stay

Great Experience

It was a great property with plenty of space. Very nice amenities and access to the nearby resort is nice. Some of the appliances and furniture could use an update.

2024 Disney Snowbird

Great location and affordable. The resort had many amenities and was well maintained. The unit was well worn though comfortable and accommodated our party nicely. There were some maintenance issues needing attention and future visitors need to be aware that they must bring their own cleaning supplies and trash bags. All in all, the proximity to the parks and resort facilities combined with an attractive price made this a good accommodation choice.

Review

The property was fairly priced, convenient location, with a nice pool and grounds. Area was secure and there were stores and shops within 5 minutes of driving for all necessities. There were very few towels, toilet paper, paper towels and no soaps to keep things clean. So if you plan to bring that you'll be set.

Could have been better

This property is in a great location. It could be a great place to stay IF the owners/management made more of an effort to update/clean it. Here are some of the deficiencies we found: TVs we’re not in working order, remotes needed new batteries and the largest TV (you know, THE ONE I wanted to watch the Super Bowl on) never worked at all because the cable box was not working and they never replaced it; the place was worn—broken drawers, carpet stained, mold in shower, couch frame broken, moldy bath mat; there was only ONE wash cloth, two hand towels, one dish towel—we had to go out and buy wash cloths and dish towels; our fee included a ridiculous cleaning fee—under beds not cleaned, garbage in some drawers, greasy shutters in kitchen, sticky cabinets, dirty pots and silverware, greasy handprints on various items—whoever is cleaning is NOT doing it properly, and it’s a ripoff to have to pay for a really poor job, so much so that we feel WE should get a portion of that back due to our properly cleaning much of that. Like I said, it COULD be a lovely place, but . . .

I wished other reviewers had warned me

The location was nice, centrally located, plenty of grocery stores nearby. It was hot in the unit when we arrived, even though the thermostat said the air conditioning was running. We found the air conditioner unit had a molded filter & water was leaking into a plastic container. The container was over flowing and water was now all over the floor. There was also firm instructions to not adjust the thermostat lower than 72 degrees & threats that if you do lower it and the unit can’t keep up, you will be responsible for any repair fees. Also warned to NOT open any of the window shades because the Air Conditioner won’t be able to keep up if the shades are open. Listing advertises a beautiful view, yet you aren’t allowed to open the shades to enjoy it. We also noticed on arrival that the hall bathroom smelled of urine, had soap scum in tub & the sink had large red stains. Cleaning person and HVAC tech sent out same day. We returned at 11pm to find the door to the unit OPEN!! All of our things had been left unsecured for the entire day & we didn’t know if a person might be somewhere inside. We were also SHOCKED to learn that not even toilet paper is provided. Be prepared to purchase 100% of whichever supplies you need besides dishes/pots & pans. There is now a supply of towels, but they are definitely the cheapest towels they could find. Bed frames were ripped from the head boards, foosball table falling apart, closet door falling from track. Starbucks was not a real Starbucks
