the Catalonian beach is 10 minutes away by public transport, the Old Port is less than 10 minutes away on foot and shops are close by!

The house features a Loggia, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large living room and a fully-equipped kitchen.

It's the ideal cocoon to enjoy a "Marseille-style" stay in the heart of the city, but in a peaceful setting!

The Space:
The house is on 3 levels:

On the ground floor, you'll find a large, bright living room and a kitchen with a dining table, opening onto the loggia.

Level 1 features a double bedroom with storage and a large bathroom.

On the intermediate level, a sleeping area with a sofa bed for 1 person and storage space.

On level 2, the second air-conditioned bedroom, with a large balcony.

The entire house is fully equipped and tastefully decorated.

An unreserved parking space completes the features of this property, which is sure to delight the widest possible audience!
The house is mainly intended for families

Guest Access:
Travelers will have access to all areas of the house.

The Neighborhood:
The PUGET district is ideally located at the crossroads of several Marseille neighborhoods!
The Vieux-Port, Vauban and Saint-Victor, all popular tourist attractions, are just a few minutes away by public transport and/or on foot.

This location makes the house a great place to visit Marseille, while enjoying an extremely quiet and peaceful environment.

Getting Around:
There are several bus lines close to the house, taking you in all directions of Marseille.
2 Metro lines less than 10 minutes' walk away.
Also 3 public parking spaces for electric vehicles to recharge, and numerous paying parking spaces.

Other Things to Note:
As a reminder, there's a parking space in front of the house but it's not reserved for us, so you'll need a bit of luck to take advantage of it ;)
