This peaceful Creekside retreat sits on a full acer with a boat dock and deep water access. Bring your boat, paddle a kayak down the river or just relax by the water. The house offers 3 bedrooms/1 bath. Sleeps up to 6 people and provides the perfect getaway or family vacation. Outdoor area is a oasis to relax/unwind with a large deck overlooking the water and additional seating and firepit Creekside. Wifi, two 55" smart tv's and all the Amenities to make you feel at home!
Charming mid century modern home, every room is newly decorated and comfortable. Full kitchen with all the equipment you need to make a great meal. Washer/dryer available in the utility room. It's situated on 1 acre on Fishing creek just off the Ortega River. Huge yard with porch and large outdoor deck, truly a peaceful unique Creekside retreat. Bring your boat or just relax and fish from the dock or bank. A perfect place to enjoy your family vacations, unwind and relax.
No parties or events. No smoking. Security cameras located outside of entrances only for your safety.

And relax...

Fantastic house in a beautiful location, the views from the back of the house to the river are unbeatable, felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. Tanya and Seth are great hosts and brilliant with their communications. Highly recommended.

Jacksonville Navy Air Station visit

Five Stars…I would rate higher, if I could!! Great location for visiting our son that is stationed at NAS. We loved the classic Florida home and really enjoyed fishing from the dock, kayaking, biking, portal fire pit and grill. We enjoyed everything about this riverside paradise and all the little things that were provided to enhance this private backyard oasis!! Neighbors were very quiet and friendly which helped make it the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with our son and daughter in-law! I would recommend as a very nice place to stay near NAS.

NEVER WOULD HAVE KNOWN I WAS IN THE CITY

BEAUTIFUL STAY. from this location you can take Hwy 17 to riverside dr and miss all the traffic to go into the city. We went back and forth multiple times to see concerts and museums. The house was wonderful and the work that went into preserve its history was not lost on us. Used the kayaks daily. I would be concerned if I were over 300 lbs as the bathroom could prove to be tight.

Great Place

Very clean, great communication with the owners and located close to NAS Jax where our daughter is stationed. The yard is nice and big and the creek in the back is wonderful. I recommend this vacation rental.

Two month visit

We enjoyed our visit very much. The owners are near an available to help in anyway. The property is centrally located and very near downtown Jacksonville and all surrounding towns .The large yard and beautiful back yard view with many wild birds made the visit special.

Perfect Getaway!

Flew into town for my nieces 16th birthday and wanted a better option than a local hotel. Tanya’s place was perfect for my family and gave us the space needed to enjoy our trip. The neighbors were super friendly as well!
