Family fun

Been taking my family to Perdido key for over 20 years and it is still the most beautiful beach I have ever been too. The condo was beautiful, and family friendly. Close to everything we need for food and entertainment. Salty pearl, the Gulf, were two new places we tried and were wonderful. Did a day trip into Pensacola and enjoyed Palafox street. We never leave there without a visit to McGuires Irish pub.

Paradise!!

This condo is absolutely perfect!! It’s beautiful and the location is amazing!!! We didn’t have parking passes but management got them to us by the next day. The beds were very comfortable too!! Don’t hesitate to rent this little corner of paradise!!!!

Great beach vacation spot

This penthouse 3/3 condo is spacious, has a perfectly equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The partially covered balcony has plenty of comfortable raised seating with glider chairs perfect to take in the amazing views! Convenient location. We are already looking forward to a return visit!

Penthouse

We stayed the week of July 6-13, 2024, and we loved this property. It was exactly as described in the listing, and has everything you could need in the kitchen (there are even extra blenders and coffee makers in the pantry, just in case). The complex is well maintained, and the fitness center is more like a real gym, rather than the typical condos with just a few treadmills. It has Nautilus type machines and a full rack of dumbbells that go up to 60 pounds. There are also nice tennis/pickle ball courts. Overall, we loved this property and will stay here again.

Great location and place to stay

Overall it was a great vacation, except the pools were closed when we were advised that at least one would open 4/1. Then most importantly the water pressure was at times non existent, during showers would shut all the way off then blast hot then shut off again. The Management company blamed the Homeowners for not getting the "pumps" issue fixed. Was most disappointing but did not ruin the awesome location, view and appointment of the condo.

FUN INPERDIDO

Fantastic condo. Will definitely be booking this one again. So comfortable. Large. Space for everyone. Great location. Never used the pools. Enjoyed the beach. Beds were comfortable. Everything we would need in the kitchen. Only two small problems. Several of the pots under the cabinets had definitely not been cleaned. Simple solution. We just washed them before we used them. Second one of the closet doors came off track. We tried to fix, but were afraid we would break it. So we left it as it was. I am sure maintenance would not have a problem putting it back on track. Very quite. Friendly people. Security on property. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend this property.
