Fitted with a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV, you can relax in the living room after a busy day exploring the city. Multiple windows throughout the space allow you to enjoy the sunlight from the comfort of your home.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook delicious meals. You may dine with loved ones at the four-person dining table available.

There are two bedrooms, and both contain a comfy queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The 3rd Arrondissement of Lyon offers an abundance of attractions and amenities for all to enjoy! From the iconic Place Bellecour to the tranquil Parc Georges Bazin, as well as several museums such as the Lyon Botanical Garden, Musée Lumière, and Centre d'histoire de la résistance et de la déportation, there is something to see and experience for everyone. The Esplanade Nelson Mandela is just a short 8-minute tram ride away. After exploring the sights, relax and enjoy some of the area's renowned restaurants and bars, such as Brasserie L'Est, Le Sud, and Brasserie des Brotteaux. Daniel et Denise Créqui - Bouchon Lyonnais is the perfect takeaway option for those looking for a quick bite. With stations such as Lyon Part Dieu (8 minutes walk), Gare Part-Dieu V.Merle (8 minutes walk), and Garibaldi (13 minutes walk) all within easy reach, the 3rd Arrondissement of Lyon is sure to be a great destination for locals and visitors alike!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

The Dauphiné -Lacassagne tram stop is only an 8-minute walk from the apartment.

There is a security camera at the entrance of the apartment. You can unplug it if you wish

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
