Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit has nice view but furniture needs to be updated. They are worn down through the years. Not much pots and pans in kitchen. TVs were the worst. TV is either old or cheap because I was unable to stream Netflix or Firestick without freezing. Living room TV is very old and cheap. Not smart TV and I couldnt stream. Bathrooms no issues. Building was clean and good security.

Reviewer Comments: This was my 3rd year staying at Sienna and Room 602, I keep renting the same Condo because of the location, view, security and the condo is cute.But I must say that after 3 years the condo needs to be repainted and rugs need deep cleaning or replaced. It is getting old and shabby. I would like to know if it is being done before I book next years 6 week trip!

A trailer and truck and a pickup were all stolen from the facility while we were there even with so called security present. twin beds were very worn out and uncomfortable and there were numerous burned out light bulbs causing the rooms to appear very dark and dreary.

I am allergic to cigerette smoke and attempted to work the problem out with management upon our arrival and checking in. To this date I still have not received the phone call from manager who I was told would be contacting me as soon as she had good cell phone service.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was functional and conveniently located. However, the prior occupant clearly smoked in the unit and it took about 2 days for the stench to clear out. The cleaning crew had obviously sprayed air freshener, but that just compounds the problem by adding a chemical smell. Very disappointing and it was too late to make alternate arrangements.

Very nice and roomy accomodations

Balcony was very peaceful except for people above who were outside smoking on their balcony. It was very roomy and allowed us to spread out and enjoy our vacation. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Maintenance for the unit could have been better. Had some light bulbs that needed to be replaced and the blinds were broken so we could not close them. Other than that everything was great and we will come again.

Odiferous Three Days

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we walked into the lobby, it smelled like urine. Your "Director of First Impressions" gave us all sorts of rules to follow. When we got to our room and tried to take showers, another much worse smell came out of the bathroom. Way beyond rotten eggs! Why a condo that has been closed up all winter was not checked was puzzling. Imagine our surprise when we went downstairs the next morning when we discovered that the pool was closed! Really! During spring break! Upon departure we once again followed the rules, spoke to a gentleman near the unattended desk, put the keys where he told us to and fled to NOLA. Imagine my surprise late that afternoon when your "Director of First Impressions" started blowing up my phone wanting to know when we were planning to check out. I am not impressed with anyone except the young man who worked for the other company and your maintenance staff. They repaired several things for us, including the hot water heater which was the source of the rotten egg smell. Next trip I will stay with my daughter and her family or I will stay at the Beau Rivage for free! I was just trying to give the 3 16 year olds a beach vacation. Silly me. Fooled me once! So I am once and done with Sienna!
