This accommodation can accommodate 4 people and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed and an inflatable mattress; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a shower room; and a cosy living room with a sofa and a television.
A child's bed is also available in the dressing room

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Dryer.
Professional cleaning is done before and after each guest.

All amenities are close to the accommodation: various bars, restaurants and shops. For your daily shopping, you will find a "Carrefour City" at 7 minutes walk. You will also be very well served by the various public transport to stroll around the city and discover the tourist sites that make the capital famous!

You will be 23 minutes by metro from the Sainte-Chapelle, 22 minutes from the Louvre Museum, 27 minutes from Notre-Dame Cathedral, 45 minutes from Sacré-Coeur, 31 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and 44 minutes from the Eiffel Tower.

## Emplacement
The 13th arrondissement of Paris is known for its Asian district, where many Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodians and Laotians met. The north of the arrondissement is more "classical" and includes important institutions such as the Bibliothèque Nationale de France and the district of the Olympiades.
It also has the advantage of being near the Montparnasse station known to be surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
