Welcome to The Engineering House, a modern luxury new build home located mere minutes to Downtown Houston! This 2000 sqft home sleeps up to 8 comfortably. The home also boasts ample luxurious amenities including grill, outdoor space w/ trampoline, 75" tvs & more.

We mainly get booked because we provide just about everything in ONE. Take a look at our luxury fleet that is available for all guest. We make it very convenient for our guest needing short term stays and transportation.

This home gets 5 stars hands down. The host was remarkably awesome. This was definitely a home away from home. Easy access in and out of the home. Safe area and my kids loved the jacuzzi. The home was very clean. I will definitely be back and choosing this property. I highly recommend this location. You will not regret choosing this place.

Thanksgiving Vacation

The check in process was easy. The owners were readily available to answer any of our questions and/or concerns. They had more than enough wash cloths and towels. All appliances and electrical systems were in good working order. The house was very clean. They even provided family games if you have children. They also provided other necessary items needed. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Peaceful Location, Clean, Safe & Kid Friendly

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was extremely clean ,safe, and a peaceful environment. The trampoline topped it off with keeping the children entertained outside. The owner was very effective with keeping communication and making sure we were comfortable in the home. This definitely won’t be my last time renting this home. The owner was extremely welcoming and left beverages upon arrival .

The house was everything & more! Very clean & smelled great upon arrival! There was even a complimentary bottle of wine & beverage of my choice in the refrigerator! The owner was very friendly & easy to communicate with & answered all of my questions! I would definitely recommend this house! I would totally rent this house again!
