Beautiful, very private residential area surrounded by beautiful trees with private driveway and next to 2 lakes. Place is near to recreational areas and conveniently located close to main roads and highways, but far enough away to be completely quiet and peaceful surrounding . This tranquil upstairs 2-bedroom apartment contains its own washer/dryer.

The unit is completely furnished with things needed to live comfortably.

Unit has two bedrooms and each measures 12 ft X 12 feet . Each bedroom has a big walk in storage closet almost same as the size of the bedroom. Both bedroom has a spacious large walk-in closet with clothes hungers provided. Luggage rack for guest comfort also provided .

The place is warmly decorated with calm, neutral colors and Alaskan wildlife photographs. Yard is very private, and you can sometimes see moose coming through in the morning and evenings from the window.

All utilities including heat, water, electric, trash removal, snow removal , yard/ driveway lawn maintenance are all free of charge . You can connect to unlimited WIFI as a bonus feature. Just pay the monthly rent and security deposit (for long term contract) and you can move in anytime.

Unit was just updated under new owner and management that can be reach anytime 24/7 for questions, concerns and request. New Owner and New manager also lives on property for fast and friendly service.

This is strictly non-smoking property (inside and outside the unit) (which include vape) and pets are allowed on approval only, with additional pet fee or deposit.

(Guest/tenant can request the shop/ garage which measures 1200 Sq feet that can accommodate 4- 6 cars that include full bath and kitchen for additional fee if available ).

MINIMUM WEEKLY RATE $1750 FOR 3-4 OCCUPANTS
$300 per day ( minimum of 3 days ) = $900

LONG TERM CONTRACT: At least 1 year contract (security deposit required)
$ 3000. First 2 month then $2500 monthly for furnished ( last 2 month rent $2000)
$ 1800 monthly for non furnished

SHORT TERM :less than 1 year or month to month basis (security deposit required)
$ 2500 monthly non furnished
$ 4000 fully furnished
