The Space:
The open plan living, dining and kitchen areas have fabulous views of the river. View the water or the TV from comfortable lounges or the dining suite which will seat eight people, or perhaps you’d rather rest on the bar stools at the kitchen bench and sip on a cool drink. In the kitchen you’ll find a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and gas cooktop, butler’s pantry and fridge/freezer.

There is a second enclosed living room with sofas and a TV with direct access to the outdoor verandah.

Bedroom one includes a king bed, TV, walk in robe and a lovely bright ensuite with toilet, vanity, and shower.
Bedroom two has two sets of single bunks.
Bedroom’s three and four both have a queen bed.

The main bathroom includes a shower, separate bath and vanity. There is also a separate toilet.

Ducted reverse air-conditioning.

With access to the back yard, the laundry includes a washing machine.

Many afternoons and evenings will be spent outside cooking a BBQ in the undercover verandah area or maybe you’ll be the lucky one sitting back on the half circle outdoor lounge and taking in the river views.

The yard is fenced to the road but not to the water.
Driveway parking for at least 4 vehicles or a boat.
Garage is not included for guest use.
